Director
Jagrati is the Co-Founder of ProCURE HR
She is an MBA Finance and also has done her NTT, B.Ed. She belongs to Indore and has work experience of over 15 years in Teaching, Operations and Finance.
She has an interest in Social causes and wants to contribute to the community in multiple ways at a time.
Jagrati has been a serial entrepreneur and has handled the family-run business besides having work experience of over 8 years in the Education sector.
She oversees the finance team to ensure better governance at ProCURE HR and operates from Gurgaon.
Amit Bhargava
Founder Director
Amit is the Founder Director of ProCURE HR Services and Mentor to the core team. Innovation networking strength and Mindfulness are the key strengths which he feels will differentiate this unique Startup!
He has spent more than 20 years in the HR domain with Conglomerates like Shriram Group & Bharti Airtel besides working with IT Co’s like SUVI-Diaspark-Webdunia, and APTECH.
He has extensive experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Strategic HRM and Learning & Development. With the varied experience from IT/ITES to Telecom and BFSI, he brings to the table a practical and innovative outlook to HR.
Amit is a science graduate with a Master’s in Human Resource Management along with DHRM from NMIMS, Mumbai. He has earned a “Certificate of Excellence” from Inspire One for their HPLB program and has been part of XLG, PMG at Airtel.
He would be helping MSMEs, startups on strategic areas like HR Framework, Business Planning, Cost optimization and process Re-engineering to help speed up growth & facilitate scalability.
Krishnanand Joshi AGM
AGM - Human Resources Regional Head - West
Krishnanand Joshi serves as the Regional Head – West and leader of the core team at ProCURE HR. He is driven by leadership philosophy centered on empathy, innovation, and strategic foresight.
With over 20 years of experience, he has contributed to leading organizations like M/s. V.S. Dempo & Company Pvt. Ltd. (now Vedanta Ltd.), Binani Group, Pentair and ISS Facility Services building expertise in HR strategy, business analytics, and digital transformation. His broad experience spans multiple industries, including Manufacturing, Real Estate, Shipbuilding, Foods, Media, as well as Indian and multinational corporations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a focus on Electronics from Goa University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Pune University. He has enhanced his expertise through certifications such as Auditor Training on ISO processes, the MDP Program on People Management, Competency Modelling and Mapping Workshop, and Managing Human Resources for High Performance, conducted by various prestigious training institutes
At ProCURE HR, he leads Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services/Operations, and Strategic HR support, along with Automation, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance support
Saurabh Singhal
Chief Business Officer
Saurabh Singhal is the is the CBO at Procure HR a member of the core team at Procure Group. Characterized by his ability in scripting a success story in Sales & Distribution with experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development & Team Management
With 25 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, Saurabh has worked with prestigious organizations like Airtel, Reliance, Aircel, HDFC Life, Educational Initiatives… His experience spans various sectors, including a notable 15-year tenure in the telecom industry, where he honed his skills in building and nurturing client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and overseeing profit center operations.
Saurabh Singhal holds a bachelor’s degree in science and a Master’s in Advertising & PR Management from IMS, Indore.
At Procure, Saurabh Singhal will be responsible for Developing and executing the overall business strategy aligned with the Groups vision and goals. This would include overseeing sales and business development functions, Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Maqsood Ahmed is the CTO at Procure HR. He is driven by innovation and possess operational excellence in the tech industry.
With over 20 years of experience. His career journey has provided him with a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership abilities, with a strong focus on leveraging technology to achieve business goals. From web development to overseeing entire IT infrastructures, he has consistently delivered impactful solutions across diverse roles in software development, infrastructure management, and product strategy.
Maqsood has successfully led cross-functional teams, managed multi-tiered projects, and designed scalable solutions for industries such as financial services, cloud computing, and data management. His expertise spans full-stack development, CRM and mobile app creation, and cloud-based product implementation. He thrives in dynamic environments, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution to enhance operational efficiency and deliver value through technology.
Deepakraj Nair
Sr. HR Manager & HRMS Expert
Deepakraj Radhakrishnan Nair is Sr. HR Manager & HRMS Expert at ProCURE HR.
With 13 years of experience, he has worked with leading companies like Cipla, Educational Initiatives & Trinity Solutions and gained expertise in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Training, Payroll management, Grievance Handling, HR operations and MIS Review Strategic HR, & Business Analytics.
He holds a master’s in business administration & human resources. Certified in Indian Payroll, US Payroll, and UAE Payroll, Proficient in Power BI and Advanced Excel, enabling data-driven insights and efficient HR analytics.
At ProCURE HR, Deepakraj Radhakrishnan Nair is responsible for Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, professional development initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing employee complaints and resolving issues, managing day-to-day HR functions, overseeing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring data accuracy, contributing to the company’s growth and innovation.
Shrilekha Gaur AGM (HR)
North & Central Region for Recruitment
She is heading the North & Central Region for Recruitment in ProCURE HR. She is a visionary leader dedicated to transforming innovative ideas into impactful ventures. Over the past decades, she has founded and scaled manufacturing companies across PAN India, helping teams innovate and achieve measurable growth. She believe in empowering teams to think boldly, embrace challenges, and turn vision into reality.
She hold a LLB (Corporate Law) from DAVV University, MBA (HR) from Symbosis University, and B.E (Chemical) from GGDU. She has more than 17 years of experience with Manufacturing companies (like Cummins Inc., Plethico Pharma, Signet Industries), her competencies are into Recruitment, HR operations, PMS and L & D.
At ProCURE HR, she will be responsible for leading the team of Central & North region with respect to Recruitment. Her passion is to drive success both in herself and team which takes the organization to a new level.
